If you have equipment with Caterpillar’s Product Link hardware installed and active, you can access your equipment’s data online through Caterpillar’s EquipmentManager Web site. EquipmentManager will display any event and component diagnostic codes for your equipment just like Cat’s Electronic Technician software does on a laptop computer. In addition to this comprehensive machine health data, Product Link will also transmit to EquipmentManager the machine’s GPS location and geo-fences, meter hours, help you track planned maintenance and even tell you exactly which Caterpillar parts are needed for each planned maintenance interval.
